All About Lake Arrowhead
Lake Arrowhead is rich with history, from the Mormons building the first road up the mountain in the 1800′s, to how Lake Arrowhead
got it’s name (formally called Little Bear Valley).
At a mile high elevation, it’s an easy drive here along Rim of The World Highway (Hwy 18) from any Southern California City such as Los Angeles or Orange County or Palm Springs. There’s always something going on, be it at the Lake Arrowhead or Blue Jay Villages, to a movie or trails for hiking in our the San Bernardino National Forest.
