In case you were wondering about this Realtor “Kat” … In the 90′s I decided to try my hand at a Real Estate career after the youngest of “My Three Sons” graduated high school (he is now 32!). My favorite part of this business is helping people through one of the biggest, most expensive and most important purchases of their lives. Along the way, I’ve been blessed to have many of my clients become good friends.

Before I became a Realtor, I actually did have another life. I was a Wife, Mother, Home-maker and worked outside the home. During my “younger” days, I was employed by TRW and  NORTHRUP, both in their electronics divisions.

…and a couple other things you might want to know about me:

• My very first job was at Winchell’s Donut House in Torrance, CA. It really was ONE of my favorite jobs! And I never gained a pound eating those treats (‘course I was very young).
• My true passion is writing. I enjoy writing essays, profiles on interesting people, non-fiction, fiction and opinion pieces for local newspapers. I’ve been fortunate enough to have had my work published in dozens of national magazines and local.
